If you are sending us Digital Files
If your ad is colour separated please do not use custom registration marks. Ads should conform to our MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS above.

We access your site using Netscape and Fetch 3.03 to download your files.
Call us and we will advise you about accessing our FTP site.
We have one standard dial up connection using a 56K modem, and we will accept Mac Compatible files made with Photoshop (EPS or TIFF is best) Quark XPress, and we do not publish files unless all support files (graphics and all fonts) are included.
Please compress all files.
We can open Quark Xpress files from Windows compressed using Zipit; provided the fonts are limited to Times and Helvetica.

File formats we can use:

TIFF Files in either PC or Mac byte order
EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) files
PC or Mac floppy disks
PC or Mac 100meg Zip Disks
PDF's

Compression we use:

Stuffit Expander (.sit or .sea)
Zipit (.zip)

If sending over the Internet, please BINhex Macintosh files.

PC Users: Unless you are sending us Quark Xpress © v4 files, make your files TIFF or EPS. Sorry we do not support native CorelDraw files. Instead, in CorelDraw simply "select all" then "export" to .eps.

Mac Users: Please include all placed artwork with layouts. If using anything besides the standard 13 laserwriter fonts, please include both the screen font and printer font with your files. We do have a good selection of fonts, but may not have the same ones you do.
Fonts- Ensure that all Mac format fonts are included in a folder with the file. We need both screen (suitcase) and Postscript (Printer) versions of every font used in the file.
